Terms & Conditions, Waiver Disclaimer
At Roll With It, we prioritise the safety and enjoyment of our visitors and staff. To ensure a secure and pleasant experience, all guests must adhere to the following terms and conditions. However, while every precaution is taken to enhance safety, roller skating carries inherent risks. Participants acknowledge that accidents, injuries, or even serious incidents can occur or death, and participation is entirely at their own risk.
Roll With It and its management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages or death incurred by participants or third parties during any session or event. This includes incidents resulting from venue structures, obstacles, or the actions of other skaters.
Waiver Requirement
All participants must read and sign a waiver before taking part. If a completed waiver is not received with the booking or before the session starts, participation will not be permitted. Waivers must be submitted online when booking or completed upon arrival if booking was not done in advance.
For participants under 16, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver form.
Age Restrictions & Supervision

The minimum age to participate in skating is 6 years old.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or older).

An adult must accompany children on the rink, unless management determines the child is capable of skating independently.
Personal Belongings & Liability

Roll With It is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings while on-site.

Roll With It is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of vehicles in the parking areas.
Conditions of Entry
Failure to adhere to the following conditions may result in refusal of entry or removal without a refund:

Protective equipment is available to borrow free of charge. It is strongly advised to use it to reduce injury risks. Skaters choosing not to wear protective gear do so at their own risk.

Any faults or damages to rental equipment must be reported to a staff member immediately. Continuing to skate with damaged equipment may result in injury, for which Roll With It holds no responsibility.

Individuals arriving intoxicated or under the influence will be denied entry, will not be issued skates, and will not receive a refund.

Any individual attempting to enter with the intent to cause disruption, damage, or commit any crime will be refused entry.

Management reserves the right to remove any participant deemed a risk to themselves or others.
Hygiene

Socks must be worn with rental skates.
Photography & Recording

By entering, customers consent to photography, filming, and recording, which may be used for social media, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Strobe lighting, neon lights, and flashing images may be used during sessions.
Health Considerations
It is strongly advised that individuals refrain from skating if they have any of the following conditions:

Back or neck issues

Weakness or injuries in the ankles, knees, or joints

Heart conditions or high blood pressure

Brittle bones or any other medical conditions that could be worsened by skating

Pregnancy
If unsure, please consult a doctor before participating.
Policy & Refunds

Roll With It does not offer refunds, however we will try to accommodate to an available date

The purchase of tickets is subject to the right of the organisers to alter event details, attractions, or operating hours without prior notice or compensation.

Roll With It operates a one way direction of skating at all times this is anti-clockwise, anyone who does not apply will be asked to leave.
Roller skating is undertaken at your own risk. Roll With It does not accept liability for accidents or injuries resulting from participation in this activity. Participants acknowledge the risks involved and accepts they are responsible for their own and/or involvement and is fit and capable of participating. Helmets, knee pads and wrist guards are worn by all participants under 16 at all times unless parental consent to the contrary has been attained.
